| We are committed to providing quality advice to our clients. This commitment extends to providing accessible complaint resolution mechanisms for our clients. If you have any complaint about the service provided to you, you should take the following steps: | ||
| 1. | Contact your Account Manager and tell them about your complaint. If they are unable to resolve your complaint they will ask you to detail your complaint in writing. | |
| 2. | Detail your complaint in writing and address it to the Branch Manager. This will ensure that all parties involved fully understand your complaint. | |

| 4. | If you still do not receive a satisfactory outcome, you may have the right to complain to Insurance Brokers Dispute Limited at 8/492 St. Kilda Road Melbourne 3004. Their Freecall number is 1800 064 169. We are a member of this scheme. The IBDL rarely hears disputes in relation to Professional Indemnity Insurance.
